Fees to Meet Your Legal Needs

First, give Jesse a call to see whether fractional services are right for your business. The call is 30 minutes, and it's free.

If you decide you want to have Jesse on-call as your fractional general counsel, the cost is $950 per month, which gives you three hours of Jesse’s time every month. Use that time to get legal advice on anything: compliance, customer disputes, and to review your agreements, like NDAs and vendor contracts. If you go over the 3 hours, Jesse will let you know, and each additional hour is $400. You can cancel anytime. Jesse will prorate any mid-month termination based on the actual number of days in the month of cancellation.

For other projects, Jesse’s off-the-shelf rate is $450 per hour in 2024, but if a client buys a package of 10 hours, the hours are $400 (need to be bought in packages of 10 and overage goes to $450) and if a client buys a package of 20, the hours are $370 (need to be bought in packages of 20 and any overage goes to $450).  I’ll give you an estimate of the hours when we talk about the project, and any unused hours are fully refundable.
