    Led the legal function through seven years of hypergrowth — 25 to 350 employees, 2 to 10 states. Closed $40M Series C, $50M Series D, $25M bridge, $15M venture debt. Built and ran a four-person legal and compliance team. Member of the Executive and Strategic Committees, reporting to the CEO.
